We are seeking experienced Dayforce Consultants with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in one or more Dayforce modules. Candidates must be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English), holds relevant certifications, and brings strong functional expertise to support client implementations and optimizations.
Experience in one or more of the following Dayforce modules is required:
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Canada or U.S. Payroll
- Benefits
- Core HR
- Talent (Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Career Explorer)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Dayforce implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dayforce solutions
- Configure and optimize one or more Dayforce modules (WFM, Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Talent)
- Facilitate workshops, provide recommendations, and guide clients on best practices
- Support data migration, validation, and system integrations as required
- Develop and execute test plans (unit testing, UAT) and support issue resolution
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements
- Create documentation, including process flows, configuration workbooks, and user guides
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with Dayforce (WFM, Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, or Talent)
- Dayforce certification in at least one module (or in progress)
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken
- Experience supporting Dayforce implementations (configuration, testing, go-live)
- Working knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. payroll legislation
- Experience in a consulting environment or supporting multiple clients/projects
- Exposure to integrations, data migration, or reporting is considered an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
