The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Plumbing department
Key Responsibilities:
•Give support with the monitoring of site operations in the plumbing contracting field
•Assist with the preparation of shop drawings and calculations for submission to consultants/architects/clients.
•Attend site meetings and follow-up actions
•Assist with the testing and commissioning plumbing installations
•Support Senior Engineer with clients on operational and technical issues
•Assist the Senior Engineer with the preparation of quotations, BOQ and claims
•Give assistance to the Senior Engineer for the follow up orders with suppliers
•Assist in the preparation and submission of reports for mechanical works in plumbing
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics or any equivalent qualification
• 1 years of proven working experience in a construction environment
Other Requisites:
•Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
•A knowledge in Revit would be an advantage
•Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
•Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
