We’re seeking a driven Group Sales Manager to oversee all sales operations across our retail outlets, showrooms, and project divisions. This strategic leadership role will shape the sales direction of a market-leading company.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will:
- Drive strategic and operational sales performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Marketing.
- Lead multiple sales channels including outlets, showrooms, and project sales.
- Optimize processes and customer engagement to support HEFTY LTD’s growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across all channels.
- Oversee daily operations, standardize sales processes, and ensure service excellence.
- Work with Procurement to align demand forecasting and stock availability.
- Manage project sales and track work in progress for timely delivery.
- Utilize ERP systems for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
- Lead training programs to enhance team skills and ERP adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 7–10 years in sales leadership with multi-site responsibility.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and project oversight skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven sales management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
