We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensure excellent guest experiences, and support the F&B team in delivering high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet areas.
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.
Train, guide, and motivate F&B team members to achieve performance goals.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and requisitions.
Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
Support the F&B Manager in scheduling, reporting, and other operational duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and HACCP practices.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
