Our Methodology:

Design Stage:

At design stage we ensure that the client’s requirement is well understood and our target is to provide a design which is functional, energy efficient, conform to local and international standard, and suitable to adapt to the local environment.

This necessitates the close collaboration of the project team: architect, designer and the builder to find the most effective solution. In our design, we will lay particular emphasis on:

• Provision of adequate lighting with the proper level of contrast to ease mobility and minimize risk of injury.
• Making sure that switches and sockets are easy to reach and user-friendly.
• Ensuring proper ventilation to achieve good indoor air quality.
• Maintaining adequate thermal comfort with flexibility to adjust the thermal setting as required.
• Ensuring quality of sanitary water supply and efficient waste water collection and treatment

We assist in the selection of M&E fittings to ensure they comply with specifications and standards.

Construction Stage

• Conduct site inspection to ensure works comply with specifications and standards.
• Witness testing and commissioning of the installation.
• Provide assistance to the client during the defect liability period.
