TotalEnergies Mobility Services International Ltd (TEMSI) is looking for a YEP Trainee for the Finance, Project, Support, Data Migration and Implementation Department. The YEP trainee will be under a contract of 1 year with the Company with possibility or not to be employed permanently after the traineeship.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
FINANCE YEP TRAINEE
- Prepare documents, maintain records, and provide clerical support relating to the Company’s financial accounting requirements.
- Assist Supply & Procurement Officer in daily tasks.
- Assist Account Payable and Receivable Officer in daily tasks.
- Help in maintaining files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings.
- Check invoices and prepare documentation for their payment.
PROJECT YEP TRAINEE
- Participate in weekly stand-up meetings with respective affiliates, illustrating a profound knowledge of the project and forthcoming tasks.
- Ensure good coordination of the project activities with the Deployment Manager and the geographical zones representatives.
- Strongly interact with the other TEMSI departments (Development, QA, Product, Support and Implementation) to track the smooth running of the project as well as discuss project requirements with them.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure project changes are registered accordingly and project deadlines are met adequately.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project management documentations (Planning).
SUPPORT YEP TRAINEE
- Help in ensuring that all complaints are responded promptly and efficiently.
- Understand and qualify the customer requests, record cases in ticketing systems.
- Perform minor technical tasks such as the monitoring on Azure and Business Central (Pipelines, ADF, integrator, job queue, API etc.)
- Escalate issues and complaints to superior when needed.
- Perform any other cognate duties.
DATA MIGRATION YEP TRAINEE
- Ensures proper functional and technical knowledge of the former (Tomcard) Card Business processes and the targeted (TemC+) Card Issuance and Acceptance solution.
- Continuously Identifies areas of improvement, in regards to the product's features and the migration process.
- Keeps the stakeholders informed of the status of the Migration tool.
- Collaborates closely with the development and Expertise/Strategy teams to:
- Define product features according to customer needs,
- Plan releases and upgrades of the migration tool,
- Follow progress of work and address production issues,
- Analyze preferences and requests of Zones and affiliates.
IMPLEMENTATION YEP TRAINEE
- Ensure the deployment of new card systems in the affiliates by collaborating closely with the deployment coordinators.
- Ensure the deployment and implementation of tested releases on the appropriate environments.
- Take ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Set a clear mission and deployment strategies focused towards the project objectives.
- Perform any other cognate duties.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Management or any IT related field
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit
- Fluent in English & French (Spoken & in writing)
