Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant – Digital Design & Analytics

 

Main Purpose

As a Marketing Assistant specialising in Digital Design and Analytics you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across various platforms. You will work closely with the teams to create visually engaging content for web, marketing automation, paid advertising, video production, CRM campaigns & internal and external training. Additionally, you will assist in analysing campaign performance and providing insights to optimise marketing strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Design:
    • Collaborate with the teams to design and produce digital assets for web, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Develop visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, banners, and interactive elements that align with brand guidelines and optimise user experience.
    • Create engaging visual content for marketing automation campaigns, including email templates, nurture campaigns, and automated workflows.
    • Design compelling graphics and videos for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

 

  • Video Production:
    • Assist in the production of video content for marketing campaigns, client onboarding/ engagement/ retention campaigns & internal and external training needs including concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality video assets that effectively convey key messages and drive engagement.
    • Assist in the updating and production of our internal sales training library.

 

  • CRM Management:
    • Support the product, client services and marketing teams in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce to segment audiences, personalise communications, and track customer interactions.
    • Assist in the creation and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, including template design, content formatting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

 

  • Paid Ads Management:
    • Assist in the creation and optimisation of Paid Ads campaigns, including text ads, display ads, and video ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
    • Monitor ad performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Marketing Analytics:
    • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including web analytics, client product utilisation, email metrics, social media insights, and advertising platforms.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing product and client utilisation strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.

 

 Job Profile

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design principles, content management systems (e.g., SiteCore).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with Paid Ads platform, including campaign set up, optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital design, video production, marketing automation, and CRM management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, graphic design, or related field.
  • Fluent in English with strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
