Workshop Supervisor

Leal Equipements Cie Ltee - a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Workshop Supervisor. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for the leadership of all technicians and the supervision of daily operations.

The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for the leadership of all technicians and the supervision of daily operations.

Main Duties:

• Ensure that all the open jobs are processed, followed, and closed.
• Vet all AOR prior quoting process.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Control the job clocking of technicians.
• Request, follow and finalize admin work with sub – contractors.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the team.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum HSC or any equivalent qualification
• Experience of at least 5 years in workshop administration and supervision for Heavy Construction Equipment & Material Handling Equipment  
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong heavy duty mechanical and electrical background and dexterity
• Ability to work as a team
• Good organizational skills
• Strong team spirit
