WAREHOUSE CLERK

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to assist with daily operations, including documentation, goods handling, and inventory support. This role ensures smooth warehouse processes and helps maintain a safe and organized environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue gate passes and ensures accurate documentation of goods movement
• Process bills and perform data entry in the system
• Ensure smooth delivery of goods in accordance with issued gate passes
• Assist the Warehouse Officer in coordinating the stuffing/unstuffing of goods
• Receive products and inspect them for any damage.
• Receive goods and ensure they are properly stacked and stored.
• Return any damaged products to the supplier or relevant department.
• Carry out administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Perform inventory counts as needed.
• Assist with responding promptly to customer queries or complaints
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• HSC or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of the shipping, freight, or warehousing industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required
• Demonstrated team spirit, reliability, and integrity
