Waiter

The Waiter will provide excellent service to guests by preparing and serving beverages and food, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in the bar and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all items are available for service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age when serving alcohol.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
