We are looking for a well organised and proactive Receptionist/front Office clerk to be the welcoming face of Yoriki Co Ltd situated in the Industrial Zone of LA Tour Koenig.

The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuringall visitors and callers receive a professional and courteous experience.

Roles& Responsibilities:

• Cordinate daily activities at the front desl and reception area
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
• Provide detailed product information and pricing to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers
• provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and handling complaints
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe reception area at all time
