Plan, coordinate, and participate in all entertainment activities and events. Ensure smooth day-to-day running of entertainment programs and performances.
•Welcome and engage with guests, wedding couples, and Eductour visitors.
•Gather guest feedback and continuously improve entertainment offerings.
•Promote and encourage guest participation in activities.
•Supervise and motivate Entertainment Team Members for optimal performance.
•Conduct regular briefings, meetings, and on-the-job training sessions.
•Maintain attendance records, punctuality, and timekeeping accuracy.
•Ensure all entertainment operations comply with SOPs and quality standards.
•Monitor grooming, hygiene, and safety compliance within the team.
•Liaise with musicians, performers, and external entertainment providers.
