We are looking for a highly motivated freelance Travel Consultant for our French market, a subsidiary of Mauritours group for its billing department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception of Incoming calls and performing of outgoing call for French Market
Billing of Air Tickets in Galileo
Verification of files
To handle all queries of customers
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum HSC
Diploma in IATA or Galileo certified
Minimum 2 years in Travel Agency or BPO services
Pleasant personality
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Excellent French communicator
OTHERS
Working Hours
Monday- Friday 12.00-21.00/ 11.00 -20.00
Saturdays 13.00-21.00
Off will be determined by our Team Leader.
Preferences will be given to candidates residing in Plaine Wilhems regions.
