Trainer (Security)

Avacor Ltd is looking for a trainer

MAIN FUNCTION:

The Trainer is responsible for delivering Avacor Ltd’s training programs aimed at enhancing the security awareness and skills of future employees. The objective is to equip trainees with the knowledge and competencies required to ensure a safe and secure environment, and to prepare them for their next step in the security field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-        Conduct training sessions in line with the established schedule

-        Ensure compliance with Avacor Ltd’s mandated training requirements

-        Maintain accurate training records, including daily attendance of trainees

-        Deliver comprehensive and up-to-date security training programs

-        Assess trainees’ strengths and areas for improvement

-        Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of the training

-        Provide ongoing guidance and support to trainees

-        Use varied learning strategies and materials to maximize trainees’ engagement and learning outcomes

-        Provide on-site training sessions upon client and management request

-        Perform any other related duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

-        At least HSC

-        Prior experience in the security field is a strong asset

-        Experience in conducting training sessions is an advantage
