Preskil Island Resort is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our F&B team as Trainee Waiter/Waitress. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to gain hands-on experience in a resort dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant or dining area.

• Assist in setting up tables, arranging utensils, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner (under supervision).

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and reporting issues to supervisors.

• Learn menu items, specials, and ingredients to assist with basic guest inquiries.

• Clear tables and assist with resetting after guest departures.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.

• Support the team during buffet services, special events, and high-occupancy periods.

• Participate in training sessions and development programs provided by the resort.
