We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations.
Trainee Administrative Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
- Support the handling of correspondence, scheduling of meetings, and calendar management.
- Help maintain the general filing system and ensure proper organization of documents and correspondence.
- Contribute to providing excellent service to team members and visitors, including assisting with procurement and stock management of stationery, materials, and other essential supplies.
- Provide support in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Profile
- Good customer skills and positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate
- Good communication and written skills in English and French
