Test Manager / Test Lead / Tester

This hybrid role owns the full testing lifecycle across our solution ecosystem, covering API, Web, Admin, WordPress integrations, retailer configurations, and release validation. The candidate defines strategy, leads execution, maintains automation, and supports releases and retailer onboardings.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate strategically like a Test Manager, tactically like a Test Lead, and practically like an experienced Tester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Governance (Test Manager Functions)
• Define and maintain the Platform QA strategy across API, Web, Admin, and integration layers.
• Build and manage regression test plans for all Platform releases.
• Own Go/No‑Go recommendations and ensure high‑quality release readiness.
• Establish test processes for new retailer launches, feature enhancements, and cross‑platform integrations (e.g., CIAM, 3DS, WordPress).
• Ensure complete test documentation, traceability, and risk reporting

• Test Planning & Leadership (Test Lead Functions)

• Hands-On Testing (Tester Functions)
• Execute manual validation for:
• Platform Web
• Platform Admin
• Platform API endpoints
• Mobile web flows
• WordPress + BitSpoke +WPML implementations
• Validate end-to-end checkout flows using Platform tester roles and test environments
• Reproduce retailer‑specific issues and assist support teams with root cause confirmation.
• Verify configuration-dependent behaviors (e.g., CloudArmor, caching, sitemaps, payment integrations).
