CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that hotels standard are adhered to and followed.
• Always provide a courteous answer to all callers in a professional manner.
• Attend fax, messages and dispatch appropriately.
• Maintain and handle the public area music and call tracking system.
• Acknowledge basic computer operations and opera system.
• Be aware of all daily functions or banquets event and location of function and extension number.
• Ensure that all the equipment in the department is in working order and in good condition and the work area is clean at all times.
• Ensure that all requests for wake-up calls are indeed fulfilled at the required time.
• Relay all guests’ complaints, comments to the Duty Manager or Assistant Managers or Front Office Manager.
IDEAL PROFILE
• HSC or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Polite with a pleasant telephone manner
• Quick and accurate
• Ability to keep calm, be patient and tactful
