Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our team as a Senior HR Officer and play a key role in driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive employee experience across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment process with job adverts, screening, interviews, selection and hiring

Perform onboarding and offboarding process of our collaborators

Maintaining, updating, and ensuring accuracy of the employee benefits and database

Compile key HR metrics like Time & Attendance, turnover, absenteeism, cost per headcount, and manpower needs

Act as a point of contact between the HR department and employees and ensuring clear and consistent communication through our different channels

Assist the HR team with special projects or initiatives, such as process improvements, system upgrades, or policy changes

Comply with HR policies and Labour Laws, and assist in Industrial Relations, such as Trade Unions and Labor - Ministry Offices

Assist in addressing employee disciplinaries and grievances on all 4 business units, managing conflict resolution, by fostering a positive employee-employer relationship

Perform any related administrative tasks for the HR department

Assist in processing weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and employee data in HR systems.

Handle basic payroll queries from staff under supervision.

Support the preparation of payroll reports for finance and HR teams.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, NPS, etc.).

Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process related to payroll.

File and organize payroll documents both physically and digitally.

Always maintain confidentiality and data protection.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Any cognate duties as per Line Manager.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in HRM or any equivalent certificate.

Knowledge of payroll systems or HR software is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft software

Good communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
