Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for Technicians to assist in conducting and executing support services such as the reparation, installation, maintenance, and demonstration of related products in the Building Automation Department.

 Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of electrical wiring systems, air conditioning systems and other building services.
• Ability to deal with all types of cables and sizes of conductors and bus bars used on various types of electric lighting and power installations.
• Perform regular inspections of building systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Carry out ordinary maintenance works on electric lightings, power installations and overhead lines.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Locate and repair simple faults in building system hardware and software.
• Maintain all tools provided by the company in good working conditions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• School Certificate.
• NC1 or NC2 qualified.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Good familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to keep accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Detail Oriented and Problem-solving skill.
• Good Team Player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
