Our team in Curepipe contributes directly to professional valuation workflows in Germany by preparing structured building data, interpreting architectural documentation, and supporting expert-level assessments.

Role Overview
We are looking for a technically oriented analyst with a background in architecture, civil engineering and/or quantity surveying or a comparable technical discipline. Your primary responsibility is to interpret floor plans, construction methods, layouts, and building characteristics and to translate them into structured valuation data for expert reports.
You do not need previous experience in property valuation. We provide full training, including hands-on onboarding, exposure to WertPRO (our in-house valuation software), and continuous development in German valuation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpretation and Documentation
- Analyse floor plans, building layouts, and architectural drawings
- Identify construction types, building components, utilisation units, and area structures
- Detect inconsistencies or missing information in property documents and exposés
- Structured Data Preparation
- Record building characteristics (areas, construction details, year of construction, building elements) in a systematic format
- Prepare valuation inputs for German expert reports using WertPRO
- Support location and site analysis using digital tools (BORIS, Google Earth, Street View)
- Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with data analysts and valuation specialists in Germany
- Assist in the preparation of internal training materials
- Support new team members as your expertise develops
Required Qualifications
- Academic or Professional Background
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or, a comparable technical field
- OR equivalent professional experience interpreting building plans, technical drawings, or construction layouts, preferably gained as a civil engineer or architect
- Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read and understand floor plans and construction documentation
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to identify construction logic, utilisation units, and building structure relationships
- Interest in learning German valuation methodology (full training provided)
- Reliability, precision, and willingness to work in a focused, methodical environment
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Prior exposure to real estate documentation
- German language skills (all tools are available in English; training provided)
