Technical Consultant

Aberdeen Services is an international firm delivering high-value application solutions. We focus on IS/IT project management and operate on a human scale, with 200 employees worldwide. Our technical team is based in Mauritius at Vivea Business Park, supporting global operations.

We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to provide technical consultancy and support to clients across Europe and Asia, as well as manage international ERP deployments in Africa and the Americas.

Job Overview:

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering technical consultancy and support to clients in CRM deployments.

This position focuses primarily on Dynamics CRM applications and its integration with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics CRM Implementation: Participate in the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• System Configuration & Customization: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet customer-specific needs.
• Third-Party Integration: Develop interfaces between the CRM system and third-party applications.
• Requirements Gathering: Assist in documenting customer needs, assess and define system requirements, and contribute to fit-gap analysis.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support of customizations and third-party integrations.

  Qualifications:

•  A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, SAGE X3, Peoplesoft, Oracle, or SAP).
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power fx.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET
• Experience with SQL queries and SSIS.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
