Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Lead access control, identity governance, and compliance with FSC/DPA standards.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and vulnerability management.
• Coordinate security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Manage vendors, tools, and reporting on cybersecurity KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science (advanced degree advantageous).
• 8–10+ years in IT/cybersecurity operations, including 3–5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls, and cloud security.
• Certifications: Security+, CEH, ISO 27001, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft SC (essential).
• Experience in regulated industries highly valued.
