Accountant

A dynamic and hands-on person to lead the accounting function. Maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, preparation of company and client management accounts including preparation of monthly Stock Exchange of Mauritius communique

• Minimum 2 years working experience as an accounts supervisor
• Enjoys working in teams and contributes to the team effectiveness
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Understanding of financial reporting and general ledger accounting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Minimum ACCA Level 2 with a view to reach full qualification
• Or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
