WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE TEAM LEADER TO JOIN OUR EXPERIENCED AND DYNAMIC TEAM

You will need to achieve monthly sales objectives set by Management. Your duties and responsibilities will be:

• To recruit a minimum of new delegates monthly;
• To manage a large sales force of delegates;
• Ensure that they are coached, motivated and driven to achieve sales objectives that will be set by you;
• Coach delegates on product knowledge and sales techniques;
• Ensure a minimum number of face-to-face meetings with your team on a weekly basis;
• To deliver orders according to a logistics planning set forth by you
• To ensure a maximum level of activity for each of your delegates and ensure that they are present in monthly meetings;
• To assist in any cognate duties that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the same or similar industry.
• HSC + Diploma in Commerce or in Sales (or any related field).
• Excellent communication.
• Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Good negotiation skills and team spirit.
