My client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Lead for Corporate Structuring Implementation and Administration to join their dynamic team in Grand Baie, Mauritius. This is a senior-level role suited to a seasoned professional with a strong track record in corporate structuring, trust and company administration and client relationship management, particularly for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.

You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Legal and Implementation in the setup, administration and restructuring of complex international corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • STEP qualification (completed or studying) highly advantageous.

  • Additional certifications in Trust and Estate Planning, Offshore Finance, or Corporate Law will be beneficial.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • Proven experience working with UHNW clients and managing structures such as trusts, companies, BVI funds, PTCs (Private Trust Companies), and foundations.

  • Strong understanding of global corporate governance and risk compliance frameworks.

  • Experience in complex structuring implementation and administration across multiple jurisdictions preferrably including BVI, Nevis and Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and ongoing administration of complex corporate structures for UHNW clients.

  • Provide expert input on technical structuring, compliance and legal documentation across jurisdictions including BVI, Nevis, and Cyprus.

  • Support and coordinate large transactions within client portfolios.

  • Collaborate on restructures of existing client structures.

  • Liaise with legal counsel on matters including divorce proceedings, directorship issues and asset disputes.

  • Supervise and support junior staff or cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure high levels of service delivery and project completion within agreed timelines.

  • Maintain detailed records of client documents, correspondence and compliance matters.

  • Report regularly to the Head of Department on task lists, onboarding sheets and project status.
