We are recruiting a Customer Support Associate (Technical Support L1) for 4 months - August 2025 to November 2025 (can be extended).
Responsiblities:
- L1 Tech in Support
- Dealing directly with client to help solve their issue.
- Creation of ticket & closure of ticket.
- Escalation of ticket when needed
- followup with client concerning their issue.
- respect of SLA
- Diagnose network issue and address it.
- additional duties as per assigned manager
Skills:
- Very Fluent in English & French
- experience in Zendesk will be a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge in network & CRM
- excellent communication skills
- Good team Spirit
Qualification:
1. Diploma in ICT, or related

- working hours : Monday- Friday 11:00-20:00 / 12:00-21:00
