We are recruiting a Customer Support Associate (Technical Support L1) for 4 months - August 2025 to November 2025 (can be extended).

 

Responsiblities:

  • L1 Tech in Support
  • Dealing directly with client to help solve their issue.
  • Creation of ticket & closure of ticket.
  • Escalation of ticket when needed
  • followup with client concerning their issue.
  • respect of SLA
  • Diagnose network issue and address it.
  • additional duties as per assigned manager
Skills:
  • Very Fluent in English & French
  • experience in Zendesk will be a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge in network & CRM
  • excellent communication skills
  • Good team Spirit
Qualification:
1. Diploma in ICT, or related 
Details:
  • working hours : Monday- Friday 11:00-20:00 / 12:00-21:00
