Looking for a Talent Administrator to work with a dynamic recruitment firm in Mauritius!
Responsibilities
1. Load new requisitions, job descriptions in the ATS (Job Adder)
2. Represent Bolt with third party job boards and social media sites to integrate with ATS and Website
3. Support recruiters in migrating customer and candidate records into ATS. Uploading all direct applications received via the job boards
4. Developing candidate resumes using company approved templates
5. Ensure every candidate record is updated by recruiters and that all candidates receive a response through the ATS.
6. Assisting recruiters with candidate reference check calls
7. Ensuring accuracy of data on systems
8. Developing a recruitment dashboard and weekly reports by researching best practice and working closely with the ATS provider (Cost, Speed, Quality)
9. Daily and weekly reporting across all client accounts. Daily reports to be accurate and up to date manual and automated reports to be managed with attention to detail
10. Daily and weekly reporting on recruiters metrics
11. Support the automation and integration of accounting software solutions by working closely with third party system and accounting vendors
12. Action invoices using the integrated software
13. Analyze and identify system problems, and develop and implement appropriate solutions
14. Design systems and conduct testing to evaluate results and streamline processes accordingly
15. Research, recommend, and install new technology applicable to the staffing agency environment
16. Oversee systems installation, configuration and user acceptance testing
17. Train end users in how to use the system, writing instructions where needed and running webinars
18. On-boarding new team members on how to use all systems at Bolt Talent Solutions
19. On given roles as part of your development plan - Manage the end to end recruitment process from requisition request through to client submission and interviews. The incumbent will be accountable for sourcing, pre-screening, profiling, scheduling of all interviews, system updates, and assessments if required
20. Support dissemination of Business Newsletters to candidates and clients by working closely with Marketing
21. Cognate duties as assigned by the Admin Lead
Skills & Experience:
- 6 months-1 years' experience in Recruitment Administration an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
- Fluency in English essential
- Analytical with attention to detail needed to improve systems and reporting
- Tech Savvy with proven computer skills: proficient with all computer applications - E.g. Microsoft / Google / Applicant Tracking Software
- Ability to work in a goal driven fast-paced organistation
