The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of IT functions including installing, configuring, maintaining and upgrading Vinci-IT / SYSOP Ltee customers, networking equipment and software to ensure their performance and integrity.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of IT functions including installing, configuring, maintaining and upgrading Vinci-IT / SYSOP Ltee customers, networking equipment, Servers, Virtual Machines and software to ensure their performance and integrity.
Writing and speaking skills in French is a must.
The normal hours for this position are France hours., Monday through Friday.
11:00 - 21:00
12:00 - 22:00
EXPERIENCE
• Current, professional certification (CompTIA A+, Network + security+, Server Certification and Virtualization Certs)
• 5-year plus experience on managing and troubleshooting Windows Servers and Virtualization based on Hyper-V and VMware infrastructure..
• One-year experience in application and platform support
• Highly adaptable; must be able to work in a team environment
• Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions
• Strong time management skills; exemplary record of attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of and experience installing, maintaining, updating, and patching multiple server-side operating systems, Windows, Unix, Linux.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting networks
• Experience configuring Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office as well as installing updates and patches
• Strong ability to analyze and evaluate emerging software
• Strong ability to troubleshoot IT-related problems
• Very strong customer service, communication and desktop troubleshooting skills
• Must have been able to complete and support incidents using established procedures
