Storekeeper at Resiglas

The purpose of this role is to order, receive, store, and ship goods and contribute to the day-to-day activities of the store department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement and execute store daily operation.
• Order goods as per production planning and re-order levels.
• Receive goods from suppliers, ensure quantities and quality are respected.
• Deliver goods to production and to customer in a timely manner.
• Receive and store finished goods from production department.
• Review re-ordering level, lead time, and draw the attention of the management if needed.
• Ensure that Raw materials and finished goods are kept in good environmental condition.
• Ensure proper rotation of Raw material in the principle on the principle of first in first out.
• Assist in inventory count as required by Head of Store and management.
• Inform management of any discrepancies, expired and damaged items.
• Assist sales representative / customer when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher School Certificate
• 3 years of service in relevant field
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge on ERP system
