The Store Attendant will support the efficient operation of the store by ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and delivering excellent customer service.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, provide assistance and address queries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate stock keeping of shelves and product availability at all times.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards within the store premises
  • Monitor store activities to safeguard assets and prevent losses.
  • Assist in receiving goods and verify items against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Prompt reporting of damaged or missing items to the Stock Controller.
  • Perform additional store-related tasks as assigned, including assisting as Diesel Pump Attendant when required.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: School Certificate or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
