Stock Controller

Responsible for receiving and delivering goods, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory across all workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception and delivery of goods
• Responsible to perform stock counts/ inventories in all our outlets as well as stores.
• Mount stock variance report, analyse and provide plausible, proven justifications for anomalies and communicate to the management.
• Monitor arrivals and perform stock tally process (packing list Vs physical goods received).
• Follow up store deliveries and ensure all stock in & out are executed accordingly.
• Follow up stock ageing and ensure FIFO is respected in all stores.
• Ensure that products/goods are stocked properly.
•  Maintain stock adequacy.
• Contribute to the performance of inventories (Spontaneous, monthly, general year end).
• Ensure that all processes are respected to maintain stock up to date at all times.
•  Run & test internal procedures spontaneously to detect any anomalies / open doors.
• Contribute to the refinement and/or introduction of new processes to maintain stock adequacy and adapt to the evolution of the company.
• Contribute to the daily operations of store along with storekeepers.
• Any other cognate duties that may be assigned.
