Senior Advisory Analyst

The Senior Advisory Analyst will assist the Transaction Advisory Manager to assess and lead the development of new projects and complex financial transactions of the Group including M&A transactions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in the concept stage of project by providing relevant financial and non-financial inputs
• Participate in the feasibility of project by preparing capital budgets, financial feasibility, performing risk assessment analysis and report on the financial performance
• Participate in the due diligence of financial transaction
• Prepare complex financial model
• Perform business valuation using different valuation techniques
• Participate in the review and drafting of all relevant legal documentation
• Prepare and present memo to the relevany sub committes of the group
• Participate in the negotiation with debt and equity investors
• Lead the structuring and closing of complex financial transaction of the group

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Finance/ ACCA qualified or any alternative acceptable qualifications
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
