The Steward / Dishwasher plays a key role in supporting the kitchen and food & beverage operations at Hotel des Cocotiers. The position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, and waste disposal zones. The Steward also assists in organizing kitchen equipment, handling waste properly, and supporting the kitchen team during service periods.
This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations. The Steward / Dishwasher contributes directly to the quality of service and overall guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.
