Sports and Leisure Associate

The Sports and Leisure Associate is responsible for providing guest services in assisting to their concerns in accordance with established procedures and standards. The incumbent also contributes to the revenues of the cost center through active selling of our activities.

We rely on the Sports and Leisure Associate to:

- Attend to all guests who use the Sports & Recreation facilities with a warm welcoming ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Do programs that suit individual goals of guest, respond to guest inquiries, issues and other information.

- Sell activities like E-Bikes, Padel, Tennis, Eco-Kayak and others.

- Ensure all set up and breakdown of equipment and materials before and after games & activities.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the Sports & Recreation area.including club, padel court, tennis court and others.

- Check and replenish amenities at the start and end of her/his shift.like water, towels, cooler box with ice etc.

- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.

- Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Resort.

- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

- Physically fit to assist in all activities and facilities provided to our guests and athletic built.

- Proficient in oral and written English and French, a third language would be a plus.

- Experience in sports event, organization or a customer service would be advantageous.

- First aid certification.
