Job Summary: The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for all spa guests, responsible for delivering a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day spa operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

  • Handle all spa reservations, bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes efficiently.

  • Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, promotions, and retail products.

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including billing and payment procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest profiles, and service history.

  • Ensure the reception area and guest lounge remain clean, organized, and inviting.

  • Assist therapists with smooth guest flow, ensuring appointments run on time.

  • Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to maximize revenue.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and therapists to maintain readiness of treatment rooms.

  • Monitor stock levels of reception supplies and retail products, reporting shortages when necessary.

  • Follow all hotel and spa policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

  • Uphold the service culture and values of Ocean’s Creek Beach Hotel.
