Manage the daily operations including personnel, finances, marketing, and the services offered.
Responsibilities:
- Inform Team Members of job responsibilities, performance expectations, guest service standards and hotel policies and guidelines;
- Plan and direct spa services and programs;
- Train Team Members in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities;
- Assess Team Member performance and suggest ways to improve work;
- Responsible for conducting training workshops for Team Members;
- Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning;
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals;
- Inventory products and order new supplies;
- Run promotional campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints;
- Develop or implement marketing strategies;
- Responsible for the advertising methods and the production of flyers and other advertising tools.
Experience:
3-5 years in a similar position, preferable in a 5 star resort
Other skills:
- Excellent oral and communication skills both English and French languages;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime nights, weekends and holidays;
- Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as public holidays;
- Customer oriented;
- Enthusiastic and pleasant personality;
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
