The Spa Attendant is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service in accordance with the spa standard of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations.
Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guests.
Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.
Ensure all areas of spa are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards.
Handles all equipment in a proper manner. Organizes disposable items safely and timely.
Practices accident preventive and safety measures in the Spa.
Promptly record equipment issues in the logbook i.e. fixtures missing, etc, and notify the spa maintenance personnel.
Restock professional products & linen in designated treatment room by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times.
Ensure effective liaison between spa therapists, receptionists and support therapists.
