Software Engineer

Software Engineer - -Participate in the development of internal systems and tools with high quality and optimised HTML5, CSS3 ,Javascript code and .NET. -Compatibility testing of websites and web applications - Advise on appropriate technology in terms of CSS frameworks and Javascript libraries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Being part of our development team, your responsibilities will include :
- Participate in the development of internal systems and tools with high quality and optimised HTML5, CSS3 ,Javascript code and .NET.
- Provide continuous improvement to the above.
- Working with our project managers and  developers to provide workload estimates.
- Carry out cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing of websites and web applications.
- Advise on appropriate technology in terms of CSS frameworks and Javascript libraries.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Web technologies.

Experience
- 1 to 3 years prior experience

REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate profile
- Very fluent in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript / jQuery
- Experience in developing HTML pages and templates
- Very good knowledge of responsive web design principles
- Experience working with the Bootstrap Framework
- Experience working with SASS
- Good understanding of Javascript frameworks such as Angular.js
- Good understanding of AJAX
- Good understanding of CSS and jQuery animations
- Passionate about web technologies
- Constantly on the lookout for new ideas and technologies to improve quality and efficiency of deliverables
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
