Our client is looking for a Software Engineer to join their ERP project team as they implement Oracle NetSuite across the company and its affiliated entities.

This role offers the opportunity to support the implementation by leading data migration tasks and ensuring the solution aligns with our operational and business requirements. You will work closely with functional leads and our implementation partner to deliver a smooth, secure, and scalable ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead and drive the technical implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and the implementation partner to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.
  • Lead the data migration process from legacy systems to Oracle NetSuite, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and import.
  • Perform testing activities, including data validation during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other test phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.
  • Support post-implementation activities to ensure smooth transition and data integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with data migration techniques and data quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across companies with different needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work irregular hours and travel between various sites.
