Site Supervisor – Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our infrastructure team.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our infrastructure team. You will play a key role in ensuring that all on-site activities - including roadworks, earthworks, concrete works, and pipe installation - are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of pipes for water, sewage, or drainage systems.

• Ensure proper excavation, trenching, and backfilling according to engineering plans.

• Supervise teams installing pipes, valves, and fittings on site. 

• Maintain proper records of valves and associated fittings. 

• Guide workers for valves and fittings arrangement  

• Conduct inspections to ensure alignment, slope, and integrity of pipelines.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain schedules.

• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of work progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising infrastructure projects (including roadworks, earthworks, concrete works, and pipe-laying).

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure construction standards, including roadworks, earthworks, concrete works, trenching, backfilling, and pipe installation.

• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.

• Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
