We are looking for a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, following up with debtors, and customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Profile

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, following up with debtors, and customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and service orders.
  • Plan and coordinate technical interventions.
  • Update intervention details on ERP and manage ERP uploads for tenders.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Technical Team and customers.
  • Capture, handle, and coordinate customer requests and ensure prompt responses.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and confirm invoice receipt.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers and Accounts Team.
  • Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude

  • Knowledge of after-sales service and client communication.
  • Proficient in office administration, including document handling.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction.
