The Service Advisor is responsible to act as a facilitator between the customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations and requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Schedule service appointments with regards to client vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with client’s appointment.
- Perform daily reception of client’s vehicle.
- Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
- Liaise with the Workshop Coordinator, the Technicians and the Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC or Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Mechanic would be an advantage.
- At least one year of working experience.
- Valid Driving License.
- Proficiency in English/French.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
