Service Advisor

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their service journey. You’ll coordinate appointments, liaise with our workshop team, and make sure every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and helping people take care of their vehicles? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our aftersales team as a Service Advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet customers and make them feel at home.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily bookings.
• Follow up on appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out daily reception and check-in of vehicles.
• Prepare accurate service order estimates/quotes.
• Work closely with the Workshop Manager, Technical Coordinator, Technicians, and Parts Advisor to ensure timely service delivery.
• Go the extra mile to create a positive customer experience that builds loyalty.

What You’ll Bring

• Higher School Certificate (HSC), Certificate, or Diploma in Automotive Mechanics (an advantage).
• At least two year’s experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving license.
• Good proficiency in English and French.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
