Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Application Portfolio and lifecycle.
• Lead integration, data flows, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee application support, SLAs, and user satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/IS/Computer Science (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–10+ years in enterprise applications, with 4–5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in ERP/CRM/BI delivery and integration.
• Strong vendor and financial management skills.
• English required; French advantageous.
