Security Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Officer to safeguard the well-being of our guests, team members, and property. This role combines vigilance, operational excellence, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service in a luxurious hospitality environment.

As a Service Associate - Duty Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the hotel premises to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Conducting access control checks and vetting visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Responding to incidents promptly and reporting details to supervisors.
• Familiarizing with and implementing emergency procedures and fire safety systems.
• Conducting routine patrols to identify fire hazards and participating in drills.
• Operating security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and key systems.
• Providing crime prevention advice and proactive surveillance of critical areas.
• Assisting guests with queries and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
• Addressing guest concerns related to safety and enhancing their satisfaction.
• Building excellent guest relations through positive interactions and assistance.
• Supporting team efforts to maintain high safety and security standards.
