The Senior Administrator will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of entities, supporting junior staff, and collaborating closely with the accounts and compliance teams to maintain the highest governance standards. The role also involves preparing and reviewing documentation, guiding clients within the regulatory framework, and contributing to ad hoc projects.
A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA are highly advantageous.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within the global business sector, preferably in a management company environment.
Proven expertise in corporate administration, including management of companies, trusts and other entities.
Solid understanding of AML/CFT compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong background in client relationship management with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.
Experience in delegating tasks, mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks related to client structures and transactions.
Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to queries and providing clear professional advice.
Ensure smooth progress of client matters and timely completion of tasks/projects.
Oversee compliance and risk management, ensuring entities remain fully compliant and appropriately risk-rated.
Stay informed of regulatory and legal developments relevant to corporate administration.
Maintain accurate and well-structured records of client documentation and correspondence.
Collaborate with accountants to ensure financial statements and statutory reporting are up to date.
Facilitate Trust and Board meetings as required.
Ensure annual fees are processed and paid on time.
Supervise and coach junior staff, ensuring proper training and task delegation.
Monitor billing processes and ensure timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
