The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and meeting financial targets.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage.

- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to develop and update menus.
- Ensure that menu items are cost-effective and meet customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on food and beverage trends.
- Plan and coordinate food and beverage services for events and special occasions.
- Ensure smooth execution of events by managing staff and resources effectively.
- Work with clients to customize menus and services to meet their needs.
