Join a leading international financial services firm in Mauritius as a Senior Corporate Administrator, where you’ll manage a portfolio of fund clients and deliver high-level administrative and investor services with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications / Skills and Experience Required:

  • University degree in a relevant field (Finance, Law, Business, or related discipline)
  • Currently studying or intending to pursue a professional qualification such as ICSA  or ACCA would be beneficial
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration of the fund services sector
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and client-centric mindset

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead an Assistant Fund Administrator
  • Manage a portfolio of fund and fund-related structures in line with internal procedures
  • Oversee day-to-day investor services and onboarding in compliance with AML/KYC standards
  • Company Secretarial duties and minute taking
  • Prepare board resolutions
  • Handle client queries with efficiency, ensuring a swift turnaround and professional service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records for all client entities within your portfolio
  • Manage billing, collections, and debtor processes, aiming to reduce write-offs
  • Arrange and attend board meetings and prepare supporting materials when required
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, legal, regulatory, and risk compliance frameworks
  • Follow up on tasks according to schedule, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Uphold the firm’s core values and demonstrate professional conduct at all times
