Senior Associate – Corporate Finance

 

Job Title: Senior Associate – Corporate Finance

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Senior Associate to support our Corporate Finance team. The various assignments we undertake include but are not limited to:

  • Valuation
  • Financial modelling
  • Financial due diligence
  • Review of business plans
  • Financial and operational reviews
  • Capital raising

Main responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of assignments.
  • Perform financial analysis and comment on historical financial performance.
  • Prepare or review financial models and understand key assumptions.
  • Understand and apply valuation methodologies to valuation assignments.
  • Perform risk analysis.
  • Assist in drafting of reports.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and business development documents.
  • Perform industry and company research whenever required.
  • Attend client meetings and draft minutes of meeting whenever required.
  • Training and guiding of junior staff whenever required.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or relevant industry qualification such as ACA and ACCA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a finance related role. Previous experience in corporate finance would be an advantage.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to integrate smoothly into an existing team and contribute positively to team culture.
